Wesaf ZS-40

WESAF® ZS-40 Spray (Grade 4410) is a versatile, high-performance multi-purpose maintenance aerosol designed for industrial, electrical, mechanical, and household applications. It combines the functions of a rust remover, penetrating oil, lubricant, moisture displacer, cleaner, and corrosion preventive in a single convenient spray.

The product forms a thin, wet protective film over metal surfaces that effectively prevents atmospheric corrosion. It provides reliable protection for up to six months in indoor conditions and three months in outdoor environments, making it ideal for storage and maintenance of machined components, tools, and equipment.

With its low surface tension, ZS-40 penetrates deeply into rusted and jammed assemblies such as nuts, bolts, threaded connections, and bushings. This ensures easy disassembly and smooth functioning of previously stuck or seized components. At the same time, it acts as a clean, non-messy lubricant, reducing friction and wear in moving parts like hinges, chains, locks, and sliding mechanisms.

One of its key advantages is its ability to displace moisture by penetrating beneath water layers, thereby drying electrical and electronic components and helping prevent short circuits or corrosion damage. It is widely used for maintenance of motors, relays, switchgear, and other sensitive equipment.

ZS-40 also functions as an effective cleaning agent, removing stubborn dirt, grease, grime, and adhesive residues from delicate machinery, automotive parts, and industrial components. Additionally, its unique viscosity helps eliminate squeaks and unwanted noise, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.

⚙️ Usage:

Attach the extension tube and spray directly onto the surface. Ensure full coverage; use the tube for hard-to-reach areas.

Store below 50°C in a cool, dry place. The product is flammable and comes in a pressurized container—avoid heat, flames, and puncturing. Use in well-ventilated areas and keep away from children.
